We use one coffee blend, designed in conjunction with our roasters, exclusively for us. A Brazilian yellow bourbon bean, medium to dark roasted, it's an earthy robust medium heavy body and harvested by Fazenda Cachoeira located in the Mogiana Region of Brazil.
The coffee is hand roasted for us every week by Oxford based Ue Coffee Roasters using a traditional roasting process to ensure that it is always at its best (not too fresh but nicely rested).
We also sell coffee for home use – freshly ground to order for cafetieres/French presses, home espresso machines etc., or beans if you have your own grinder.
