Peru - Chingama - Direct Trade

Palto is a non-profit organisation, founded by 25 small producers in 2007, belonging to the town of Chingama in northern Peru.

Made up of 3rd generation coffee farmers, there is a joint effort amongst those involved to promote sustainable agriculture that works in harmony with the environment and quality of life of the local community.

In addition to the provision of coffee beans, Palto also provide training and technical assistance to it's members as well as surrounding farms and families, all with an aim to sustainably develop the communities.
